Great architecture and design, pleasant staff, stunning ocean views, infinity pool, and excellent food & drinks. Excursions can be arranged by knowledgeable staff.

Some rooms have poorly placed air conditioning units, noisy areas due to proximity to gym or yoga studio, and language barriers with wait staff. Limited vegetarian and vegan food options, and potential lack of privacy at the pool. Some room views may be obstructed by high plants or structures.

This hotel is a true gem. The fine ocean views from the pool and rooms are amazing. The staff is friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Cleanliness is perfect, and the hotel facilities are topnotch. Lastly, the hotel's location in the forest makes it feel like a peaceful retreat.

No negatives from this hotel, this place exceeded my expectations.

The infinity pool was nice and refreshing, and the food was delicious. the hotel is located in a great spot near the beach, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Despite calling maintenance twice, there was no improvement.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were outstanding and met all of our needs. the staff was very pleasant and provided excellent service. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were exceptional, perfect for relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the massage and spa lounge services, which were professional and top-notch. the restaurant provided exceptional, healthy meals with special diet menus available.

The only minor drawback was the air conditioning, which was not as effective as expected and could not be fixed despite maintenance requests. this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The hotel is located close to everything, making it easy to access everything from local attractions to the five-star restaurant. the forest view rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is always on hand to help. the service is excellent, and guests appreciate the clean, spacious bathrooms.
